Ingredients

  1. Water chestnut from a can
  2. Tapioca flour
  3. Sala flavoured syrup.
  4. Sugar
  5. Coconut milk
  6. Water
  7. Jackfruit
  8. Salt
  9. Cold water

Preparations

  1. First we cut the water chestnut. This we cut in dice of about 1 centimeter.
  2. Then put them immediately in the sala flavoured syrup. And let them soak to get the color.
  3. The jackfruit. This we tear in small lines.
  4. Then we will mix the chestnut. With the tapioca flour.
  5. Put the chestnut in the tapioca flour. Knead them properly. Until everything is covered with tapioca flour.
  6. When everything is done we will cook.
  7. Heat up a pan with water. When it is hot. We put the chestnut mixture in.
  8. Boil until they start to float. Take them out of the pan. And put them in cold water.

Cooking

  1. Heat up the water. With the sugar. On a low fire. Let it boil until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Next we will boil the coconut milk. Again with a low fire we heat up the pan with coconut milk. Then add the salt.
  3. Keep stirring until the salt is dissolved. Let it boil for about a minute. And then it is ready.
  4. Finally we will plate
  5. Putthe water chestnut and jackfruit into a bowl. Then add the syrup. And coconut milk.
  6. And serve it with ice-cubes.
