  1. First we cut the lemon grass. Cut it in small pieces. Because later on we will grind it in the mortar.
  2. The shallots. First peal them. And then cut them in small pieces.
  3. The cherry tomatoes. These we cut in four.
  4. The soaked peppers. These we roughly cut small.
  5. After the cutting we will use the mortar. First put the lemon grass. And the soaked peppers in.
  6. Grind until they are properly squashed. Next add the shallots. And the garlic.
  7. Grind until everything is squashed. And properly mixed. Finally we add the soy bean paste. And the shrimp paste.
  8. Grind again. And mix it properly. Now the preparations are done. So we will cook.
