Preparations

  1. We start with the squid. First cut the squid in half. Next we will incise the squid.
  2. We start on the left side with cutting diagonally. About 5 mm. apart. Repeat this in the opposite direction. Then we cut the squid into small pieces.
  3. Next we will cut the Broccoli. From this we cut the florets loose When they are to big we cut them again.
  4. The carrot. First peal it with the zigzag knife. And then cut it small.
  5. The mushrooms. These we cut in four.
  6. The garlic. First squash. Then cut them fine.
  7. Then the cutting is done. Next we will mix the noodles.
  8. Put the soaked noodles in a bowl. Next add the sweet soy sauce. And mix them with each other.
  9. With that the preparations are done and we will cook.

Cooking

  1. Then we will add the noodles. Mix everything together.
  2. Take everything out of the wok. And put in a bowl. Then we will make the sauce.
  3. Put oil again in the wok. When it is hot. Then put the garlic in.
  4. Stir for a moment. And then add the squid.
  5. When the squid starts to curl. Then add the broccoli, The carrot And the mushrooms.
  6. Keep stirring until the vegetables become weak. Then add the sugar. The soy sauce. And the oyster sauce.
  7. Mix everything together. Then add some water.
  8. While the water heats up. We will mix the cornstarch. Take a little bit of water. And put it into a bowl with the cornstarch. Stir until the starch is dissolved.
  9. Wait until the water start to boil. When the water in the wok starts to boil. Then add the dissolved starch.
  10. Stir every now and then. Until the sauce thickens. Then it is ready to serve. Serve the noodles with the sauce on top.
