Preparations

  1. We start with the squid. First cut the squid in half.

  4. Next we will cut the shallots. First clean them. Then cut them in small slices.
  5. The Celery. Cut this roughly.
  6. Do the same with the Coriander.
  7. The cherry tomatoes. We only need to cut these in half.
  8. The boiled egg. We cut this one in four.
  9. Next we will use the mortar. Put the garlic. And the fresh pepper. Into the mortar. And grind until everything is properly smashed. After the grinding we will boil part of the ingredients.

Cooking

  1. Wait until the shrimps changed colour. And the squid starts to curl. Then take everything out and put in a bowl.
  2. Next put the minced meat into the pan with water. Stir them apart. When it changed colour. Take it out of the water.
  3. With that the preparations are done and we will mix.
  4. Put the mixture of garlic and pepper into a bowl.
  5. Then add the sugar. And the fish sauce. Mix them properly.
  6. Next add the lemon juice and stir again.
  7. Now we add the Celery, The shallots, The Coriander, The mint, And the cherry tomatoes. Mix properly.
  8. Next we add the minced meat, The shrimps, the squid, And the bacon. Stir again.
  9. Finally we add the egg, And the cashews.
  10. Stir one more time. And then it is ready to serve.
