  4. Cherry tomato's
  5. Red curry paste
  6. Coconut milk
  7. Palm sugar
  8. Fish sauce
  9. Salt
  10. Sunflower oil

  • 100 gr.
  • 4 gr.
  • 80 gr.
  • 50 gr.
  • 300 ml.
  • 50 gr.
  • 30 ml.
  • 2 gr.
  • 5 stk.

  • 0,5 tl.


  1. We start with the roasted duck. We cut this in small slices.
  2. When the duck is cut. We will cut the pineapple. First cut it in the length. Next remove the peal. And also remove the seeds. Finally cut it in dice.
  3. Then the kaffir lime leaves. These we cut small. And then we are ready with the preparations and we will cook.

  1. Stir for a moment. And then add half of the coconut milk. Stir it properly.
  2. Keep stirring. Until the coconut milk starts to boil. Then we add the pineapple. And the cherry tomatos
  3. Wait until the tomatos get weak. Then add the remainder of the coconut milk.
  4. Stir again. And next add the palm sugar. The fish sauce. And the salt. Stir again properly.
  5. Finally we add the roasted duck. And the kaffir lime leaves.
  6. Stir one more time. And then it is ready to serve.
