Preparations

  1. We start by steaming the sticky rice. Heat up the steam pan with water.
  2. When it boils. Put the soaked sticky rice in it. Steam this for about 15 minutes.
  3. During the steaming we will mix the coconut milk.
  4. Put the sugar. And the salt in a bowl.
  5. Next add the coconut milk. Stir until the sugar is dissolved in the coconut milk.
  6. This will take some time. But keep stirring until the mixture becomes more clear.
  7. When the sticky rice is steamed. We will mix it.
  8. Put the steamed sticky rice in a bowl. Next add the coconut milk mixture.
  9. Stir until everything is properly mixed. Cover it with foil. And let it stand for about 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  10. Then we will cut the mango.

Cooking

  1. First peal the mango. Then cut it in half. And then in very small slices.

  6. When it boils. Add the tapioca flour. Stir until the coconut milk becomes a little bit more thick.
