Ingredients

  2. Tomato
  3. Celery
  4. Spring onion
  5. Shallots
  6. Fresh peppers
  7. Garlic
  8. Fish sauce
  9. Sugar

Preparations

  1. We start with the squid. First cut it in the length.
  2. And then we will incise the squid. We start on the left side. And make diagonal incisions. About 5 mm. apart.
  3. Repeat this in the opposite direction. Then we cut the squid in large pieces.
  4. The tomato. We also cut this in half. And next in pieces of about 1 cm big.
  5. The celery. We cut this roughly.
  6. The spring onion. Also cut it roughly in pieces.
  7. Finally we cut the shallots. Clean them. And then cut them in small slices.
  8. And now the cutting is done and we will use the mortar.
  9. Put the garlic. And the fresh pepper in the mortar. Grind until everything is crushed.
  10. Mix it a little bit. When that is done, we will grill the squid.

Cooking

  6. Mix everything properly.
  7. Finally put the grilled squid in. Stir ones more. And then it is ready to serve.
