Ingredients

  1. Sugar
  2. Rice flour.
  3. Tapioca flour
  4. Hot water
  5. Baked white sesame seed.
  6. Coconut milk
  7. Salt
  • 150 gr.
  • 20 gr.
  • 200 gr.
  • 200 ml.
  • 10 gr.
  • 500 ml.
  • 5 gr.
  •  
  • 2 el.

  • 1 el.
  •  
  • 1 tl.

Preparations

  1. Put the rice flour And the Tapioca flour in a bowl.
  2. Then add the hot water. Mix everything fast.
  3. Then knead the mixture. Keep kneading until the dough gets soft.
  4. Make a small ball to check if the dough is ready. When the dough doesn’t fall apart. We are done with kneading.
  5. Now the dough is ready we will make balls of around 1 to 2 cm in size.
  6. Take the krong krang shape. Press a ball on it. And roll this off of it.
  7. If you don’t have a krong krang shape. Then you could also do this with a fork.
  8. When the balls are ready we will cook.

Cooking

  2. Heat up a pot with coconut milk. Then add. The sugar. And the salt. Keep stirring until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. Wait until the coconut milk boils. And then put the dough balls in it. Stir them.
  4. Finally we add the baked white sesame seed.
  5. Stir one more time. And then they are ready to serve.
