  11. Tapioca flour
  12. Salt
  13. Satay skewers

Preparations

  1. Cut the bacon in pieces. About 3 cm big.

  6. Knead for about 5 minutes. Cover it with foil. And put them in the fridge.
  7. Do this for a minimum of 2 hours. But best is a whole night.
  8. While the meat soaks. We will steam the sticky rice.

Cooking

  1. The put the soaked sticky rice in. Steam the rice 10 till 15 minutes.
  2. During the steaming. We will skew the bacon.
  3. Take one satay skewer. And skew the bacon on it. Do about 3 to 4 pieces a skewer. Do this for all the bacon.
  4. When this is done we will grill.
  5. Heat up the pan with a little bit of oil.
  6. Put a number of skewers into it. Don’t turn them too much. And wait until they are golden brown.
  7. And then they are ready to serve. Together with the sticky rice.
