  11. Coconut milk
  12. Sugar

Preparations

  1. Take the chicken filet. We first cut this in 2 or 3 pieces. And then in slices.

Cooking

  1. Add the lemongrass. The Laos. And the lemon leaves. Stir everything.
  2. Then add the Thai chilli herb paste. Stir it. Until it is fully dissolved.
  3. Do you want a spicy taste? Then now add the pepper.
  4. Add the chicken one buy one, and something important do NOT stirr it.
  5. Wait until it cooks again. And then stirr it
  6. Next we will add the sugar. The fish sauce. Salt. And lemon juice. If needed, wait until it boils.
  7. Finally the mushrooms can be added. Stir the mushrooms properly.
  8. Now is the time to taste.
  9. Is it to salt, sour or spicy? Add then some coconut milk.
  10. Is it too sweet? Then add some Fish sauce.
  11. Let everything boil until the mushrooms are weak.
