  3. Yeast.
  4. Egg.
  5. Sugar.
  6. Water.
  7. Coconut (shaved)
  8. Black sesame seeds.
  9. White sesame seeds.
  10. Sugar.
  11. Sunflower oil
  • 90 gr.
  • 100 gr.
  • 3,5 gr.
  • 1 stk.
  • 150 gr.
  • 175 ml.
  • 100 gr.
  • 5 gr.
  • 10 gr.
  • 20 gr.
  • 1 kp.
  • 1 kp.
  • 1 tl.
  • 1/2 kp.
  • 2 kp.


  1. We will start with the yeast. Dissolve the yeast in the water. Keep stirring until the yeast is fully dissolved.
  2. Then the egg. Stir the egg until it starts to foam.

  4. Now the preparations are done and we will mix.
  5. Put the rice flour and Wheat flour in a bowl. Mix them together.
  6. Next add the sugar. And the yeast mixture. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
  7. When the mixture is fully mixed. Then add the egg.
  8. Mix again. And cover it with foil. And let it stay at room temperature. For at least 3 hours.

  1. When the pan is hot. Put one big spoon of the mixture in it.
  2. Wait until the pancake starts baking.
  3. Add the coconut. And put the sugar, And sesame seeds on top.
  4. Fold the pancake. And let it bake for another 10 seconds.
  5. And then they are ready to serve. With syrup or powder sugar.
