  11. Heat up the vinegar in the sauce pan. Add the sugar. Stir till the sugar is dissolved.
  12. Then add the salt. And stir until everything is dissolved.
  13. Put the garlic mixture in the sauce pan. Mix everything properly.
  14. With that the dipping sauce is done.

  1. Take the bowl of water. And put the spring roll sheets into the water.

  3. Wait until the spring roll sheets get weak.
