Preparations

  1. Take the kaffir lime leaves. And cut them very small.
  2. Next the red pepper. These we also cut small. The seeds we don’t use. So take them out.
  3. The cabbage. First cut it in half. And then again in half. Next We cut it roughly small.
  4. Then the cod filet. A part of it is already grinded. The other part we will cut small. But not too small. About the size of the mussels.
  5. Now the preparations are already done and we will mix.
  6. Put the eggs in a bowl. And stir until they are properly mixed.
  7. Then add the 200 ml coconut milk. Mix this thoroughly.
  8. Next we will add the red curry paste. And mix everything together.
  9. Put the grinded fish in . And mix it again.Then add the fish sauce. Oyster sauce. And the sugar.
  10. Finally we will add the kaffir lime . And the red pepper. And mix everything thoroughly.
  11. Now the mixing is done and we will fill.

Cooking

  1. First add the cabbage.
  2. Then the basil leaves.
  3. Next put the shrimps, The mussels, And the cod on it.
  4. Put the red curry mixture on top of it. And cover everything with it.
  5. Now we are ready to steam.
  6. When the water boils. Put the bowl into the top layer of the steam pan. And cook for 20 minutes.
  7. During the steaming we will make the topping.
  8. Take the second part of the coconut milk. And mix it with the corn flower.
  9. When the 20 minutes are past. We will put this on top of the curry.
  10. And steam for another 5 minutes.
  11. And then it is ready to serve.
