Ingredients

  2. Rice flour.
  3. Tapioca flour.
  4. Sugar
  5. Coconut milk.
  6. Salt
  7. Rasped coconut

  • 150 ml.

Preparations

  1. Peal the bananas first. Then scrape the banana with a spoon. The inside we don’t use.
  2. We use Suriname bananas But you could, of course, use a normal banana.

  10. Now we add the sugar. Mix it until it is dissolved. This will take some time. But keep mixing until all the sugar is dissolved. Else the cake will not mix properly.
  11. When the sugar is dissolved. Add the salt. And the rasped coconut. Mix it properly again.
  12. Now the mixing is done. So we will boil the water in the steam pan.

Cooking

  1. Put the banana leave rolls into the top layer of the steam pan.
