  7. Fish sauce.

Preparations

  1. We start with the squid. First cut the squid in half. Next we will incise the squid. Pay attention that you don’t cut through the squid.

  6. The holy basil. From this we only pick the leaves.
  7. Finally we still have the garlic and pepper. These we will put in the mortar to grind.

Cooking

  4. When the vegetables get weak. You can add the sauces and the sugar. This has to go a little faster. Else the squid will get tough.
  5. Mix the sauce properly. And then taste for a moment. If it is not spicy enough add some more squashed peppers.
  6. If the taste is good. Add the basil. And mix it properly.
  7. And then you can serve.
