Preparations

  1. We start with the Carrot. First clean the carrot. And then cut it small. We will mix the carrot later. So cut it as small as possible.

  6. When the carrot and spring onion are mixed properly with the minced chicken. We will add the other ingredients.
  7. The sugar, The pepper, The soy sauce, Oyster sauce and the egg white. Mix this properly again, so you get a smooth mixture.
  8. When the mixture is ready we will stick.
  9. Take one spring roll sheet. Fold it diagonally. So we get two halves.
  10. Smear one half with the mixture about 5 mm thick. And the fold the spring roll close.
  11. Repeat until the mixture is finished.
  12. Before we bake we have to cut the spring roll sheets. Else they don’t fit in the frying pan.
